Dr. Jürgen Todenhöfer – an executive at a major European media group, former member of the German parliament, spokesman for the CDU/CSU on development and arms control – has written two bestsellers about the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq.
With the proceeds he established a children’s home in Afghanistan and is building a children’s clinic in Congo. With the royalties from “Why do you kill, Zaid?” Todenhöfer will finance medical aid for Iraqi refugee children (IOM) and an Israeli-Palestinian reconciliation project in the Middle East (MEET).

Crazy, isn’t it. I am watching the movie you recommended. I am at minute 22.41 where there is a quote of the “hazard circular” 1882. I googled, only 2 entries in the whole world!
Ok, there are two orthographs, hazzard and hazard. Also 2 dates: 1882 and 1862. Ron Paul quoted this circular in congress.
“THE FAMOUS HAZZARD CIRCULAR.
In order to prove conclusively that this whole financial scheme was the work of international investment bankers, I will read what is known as the Hazzard Circular, issued in the fall of 1862, a copy of which came into the possession of Hon. Isaac Sharp, a student of law under Thaddeus Stevens, and subsequently acting Governor of Kansas. The circular says:
“Slavery is likely to be abolished by the war power and chattel slavery destroyed. This I and my European friends are in favor of, for slavery is but the owning of labor and carries with it the care of the laborer, while the European plan, led on by England, is capital’s control of labor by controlling wages. This can be done by controlling the money. The great debt that capitalists will see to that is made out of the war must be used as a measure to control the volume of money. Mr. Hazzard, the author of these atrociously inhuman propositions, was solicitor of the English Bankers’ Association. One of the many contemptible tricks of the money power is to make the currency question so complicated that the ordinary citizen can not understand it, and make it appear to him as one of the abstruse sciences. With this object in view they had the Treasury Department issue 15 different forms of Government obligations.”

How ignorant I am… I did not know there was resistance in Iraq against both Americans and Al Qaida terrorists… In Afghanistan we have a battle of two colors: black (the Taliban) and gray (all who are against the Taliban).

Mandai is a Hindi word, meaning bazar. We have a place in the centre of Kabul called Mandai where you can buy anything, you can exchange any currency… A crazy and dirty and very old place. Probably something like Topkhana in Tehran.
Of course Kabul Mandai has nothing to do with the stocks etc. It is just a bazar.
